Dr. Casper Franssen

Dr. Casper Franssen is internist-nephrologist and head of the Dialysis unit of the UMCG. His clinical and research expertise includes (ANCA-associated) vasculitis and acute kidney injury. His current research focuses on the acute effect of hemodialysis on cardiac and cerebral perfusion and function and depression in dialysis patients.
